Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PossibleGenome (the “Service”), operated by TODAUD (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

PossibleGenome is software that interprets a raw DNA data file you already own (exported from services such as 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or FamilyTreeDNA) into a readable report covering ancestry and research-based genetic insights. We do not sell DNA test kits or perform any laboratory testing.

Not medical advice

The report is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Genetic insights are probabilistic and based on research that may evolve. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

Your account and acceptable use

You sign in through Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. You may upload only DNA data that is your own or that you are authorized to use, and you must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Purchases

Unlocking the full report is a one-time purchase of $19. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content. Your DNA data and report belong to you; we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use your report for your own personal use.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law
