This Privacy Policy explains how TODAUD (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use PossibleGenome at possiblebio.com (the “Service”). Contact us any time at support@possiblebio.com.

What we collect

Account information from your sign-in provider (Google or Apple), namely your email address; the raw DNA data file you upload; and the report we generate from it.

Your raw DNA file is not stored

Your uploaded raw DNA file is processed only to generate your report and is then discarded. We do not retain the raw file. Only the resulting report is saved to your account so you can view it again.

How we use your information

We use it solely to provide and operate the Service (generate, store, and display your report, and manage your account and purchase). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on Google Firebase (authentication), Google Cloud (hosting and report storage, located in the United States), and Gumroad (payment processing as merchant of record). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your rights

You can view, export, or permanently delete your report at any time in Settings, and delete your account entirely. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws (access, correction, erasure, portability, objection). To exercise them, contact support@possiblebio.com.

Retention

Your report is kept until you delete it or delete your account.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
